We are looking for a coach to join our powerhouse team at the forefront of online education and coaching. We are looking for coaches with a diverse skillset to complement our coaching team.

We are looking for a full-time Client Success Coach to join us inside our signature coaching experience: The Accelerator program (this is the world-class program for Course Creators!) This role will play an integral part of the program and be client facing; with onboarding new clients, hosting 1:1 client coaching calls  and helping our clients achieve success in their online course businesses!

As a coach on the team, you will step inside the online course structures and coaching systems we have inside The Accelerator and inject your signature brand of vivaciousness and skill to help cheerlead our clients and continue to to help us deliver on our brand promises of excellence and support!

*This position is 80% Remote Work-From-Home with occasional in-person meetings with CEO, Mariah Coz.

Responsibilities

General Coaching Responsibilities

  • Providing a high-touch coaching experience for clients in our high ticket programs by becoming an expert in our strategies, attend all weekly live coaching calls, tracking their progress, providing strategic feedback, and checking in with them. 
  • Onboarding new clients and providing a smooth, supportive, and high-touch onboarding experience. (So they walk away excited to get started!) 
  • Managing and supporting existing clients by answering their questions, giving strategic feedback, resolving their issues, building a relationship with them, and delighting them.
  • Using and Updating our coaching response library
  • The secret code is 99.
  • Co-hosting coaching calls, creating the “Call” documents and timestamping, then uploading the replay for clients into our Facebook Group. 
  • Host Critique Calls for the program and provide expert feedback and advice to clients on their marketing, messaging, copy, positioning, and more.
  • Managing changes and updates to the existing Program itself and managing adding new content and modules to the Program
  • Making sure that all SOPs related to the Program, coaching strategies and best practices are up to date
  • Supporting the Sales Process (when needed) by Reviewing Applications, Preparing Acceptance Letters, and answering questions from leads in the pipeline.
  • Improving client retention by reviewing client experience and satisfaction, tracking when clients are eligible to move into a new program, and developing strategies for client retention.

What does success look like in this role?

  • Researching and staying up to date on the latest strategies we teach to our clients. You will know our methods and strategies inside and out!
  • Respond to client questions within 24 hours (in or Facebook group or in email)
  • Having an extreme awareness of who each client is, where they are in the program, their successes and where they may need additional support! 
  • Learning all of our programs, lessons, strategies, policies, and decision-making process so you can give expert feedback and support.
  • Growing your expertise in our programs, industry, marketing strategies, and client success strategies by spending at least 1 hour per week on personal development.

Ultimately we will train you thoroughly on the details of our programs and strategies – but you’ll already be equipped with a positive attitude and a true passion for supporting people to achieve their online course goals!

Requirements

  • Be exceptionally confident on 1:1 Zoom calls, and group coaching calls
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, with a love of developing new systems and processes. 
  • Be excellent at managing ongoing conversations with multiple people at once.
  • Have high emotional intelligence and be able to listen to, support, and encourage others. (1:1 and in a group setting!) 
  • Be able to have difficult conversations with clients who need extra support
  • Take direction well and thrive in a high-performing team. 
  • Be an independent, self-starter who executes tasks on time and with a high level of attention to detail!  
  • Have super strong communication skills and willingness to take constructive feedback. 
  • Be loyal, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast paced small-business environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Be able to travel to live events for our company, Programs, and Team (up to 2 times a year).
  • Be available to attend daily, weekly, and monthly Team meetings.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern. (You don’t necessarily need to be in Eastern Time Zone, but a willingness to operate predominantly in these hours is key!)
