What you’ll be doing:
- Answering inbound phone calls regarding a customers account
- Making outbound calls to follow up on customers
- Resolving your customer issues quickly in a fast paced environment
- Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust.
- Smiling as you speak with our customers, our customers can hear the smile
- Working from your home office
FUNdamental Skills:
- 1 year of call center experience
- 2 years’ of customer service experience
- Performance based metrics understanding
- Computer proficiency with applications
- A strong desire to continue growing and succeeding as a Customer Service Representative
- Bilingual is an added plus!
- Demonstrating empathy, Placing yourself in the customer’s shoes
- Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
- Confidence in your self -motivation techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
